Advertiser Refunds

• Unused balance can be refunded within 30 days
• Processing fee of 5% applies to refunds
• Refunds for completed tasks are not available
• Disputed tasks may be eligible for refunds

Worker Payments

Payments for approved tasks are final and non-refundable. Disputed tasks will be reviewed by our team.

Refund Process

1. Submit refund request through dashboard
2. Provide reason for refund
3. Review by support team (1-3 business days)
4. Refund processed to original payment method
